A format check, not a live connection test

This tool checks the shape of the string, not whether the proxy answers. It flags a missing port, a scheme typo, a webpage URL pasted by mistake, or a Minecraft port (25565 / 19132) in the wrong place. A clean result means the format is right, not that the proxy is reachable.

To test whether a proxy actually works, add it in the dashboard and connect an account through it. If the account joins, the proxy is good. If it hangs on "Connecting" or times out, the host is down or the credentials are wrong.

What's inside a proxy string

Every proxy string has four parts: the scheme (socks5 or http), an optional username and password, the host, and the port. The tool above shows how each part of yours was read.

Common mistakes it catches: a missing port, a Minecraft server port used in place of the proxy port, a full webpage URL, and malformed login details. For Minecraft, a SOCKS5 proxy from a private datacenter provider is the safest choice.
