Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of afkclient.pro ("Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

afkclient.pro is a web-based tool that maintains an active connection to Minecraft servers on your behalf using credentials you provide.

2. Account Registration

You register by authenticating through Discord OAuth. You are responsible for your Discord account security and all activity under your account. Do not share your account access. One account per person; we may close duplicate accounts without notice.

3. Minecraft Account Credentials

You link a Minecraft account via Microsoft OAuth. You confirm you are the rightful owner of any account you link. We store authentication tokens necessary to maintain your connection. You are responsible for complying with the terms of any Minecraft server you connect to.

4. Payment & Billing

  • Access is provided via monthly subscription plans. Pricing is displayed at purchase.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
  • Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.
  • We may offer promotional trials at our discretion.
  • Pricing may change at any time but will not affect active access periods.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users or third parties.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service.
  • Resell or redistribute access without our written consent.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with Discord, Microsoft/Mojang, and Stripe. Your use of these services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party availability or practices.

7. Intellectual Property

All content and functionality of the Service (excluding third-party components) is owned by us. "Minecraft" is a trademark of Mojang Studios / Microsoft. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Mojang Studios or Microsoft.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

We provide the Service with reasonable skill and care but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular outcome will be achieved. Minecraft servers may restrict or ban accounts connected through the Service. We have no control over third-party server policies and accept no responsibility for actions taken by server operators.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You are responsible for your own use of the Service and for ensuring you comply with any third-party terms, including those of Minecraft servers you connect to.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms or engage in prohibited conduct. In other circumstances, we will give reasonable notice where practicable.
  • You may stop using the Service at any time. No refund is owed for remaining access time unless required by law.
  • On termination, your access ceases immediately. Account data may be deleted per our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will post an announcement in our Discord server at least 14 days before they take effect. It is your responsibility to join the server and review announcements. If you do not agree to the changes, you may stop using the Service. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in these Terms affects your mandatory statutory consumer rights under the laws of your jurisdiction.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary. The remaining provisions remain in effect.
